Hall Rentals

Piedmont has three wonderful rental facilities: the elegant Community Hall, the quaint Japanese Tea House, and the largest of our venues, Veteran's Memorial Building. These Facilities are available on a rental basis for parties, weddings, receptions, retreats, conferences, or meetings. 

Rentals can be reserved for the following year on the first business day in January. For example, each of the three facilities can be reserved for the 2022 Calendar Year starting on January 4, 2021. For more information on the rental of these facilities, including fees, please see the Piedmont Rental Facility Information Packet (PDF) or contact:

Redwood Amphitheater Micro-Ceremonies

mini-ceremonyThe Piedmont Community Hall is offering a special Mini-Ceremony Only package for any available 2021 weekend date. Exchange your vows, with up to 50 guests, outdoors in our Redwood Amphitheater. Located in the heart of Piedmont Park in a redwood grove – it's the perfect setting if you're looking for a ceremony location with natural beauty.

Ceremony Package includes: 2-hour rental, chair set-up and breakdown, and a beautiful outdoor setting. Food or beverage is not permitted. Weekend time slots available: 12:00–2:00 pm or 3:30–5:30 pm. Click HERE for more information.

Piedmont Veterans Memorial Building

Japanese Tea House

Japanese Tea HouseThe historic Japanese Tea House offers a beautiful and tranquil setting for a small ceremony or gathering. Donated to Piedmont Community Center in 1946 by the school board and surrounded by flowering cherry trees, the Japanese Tea House is a perfect setting for a uniquely elegant event.

The Japanese Tea House is adjacent to the Piedmont Community Hall and can also serve as a quiet space for the bride, groom, or VIPs to get ready for their big event.

Also available for rent to Piedmont Sports Organizations and Piedmont Residents are  Beach Playfield, Hampton Park, Coaches Field, and - when COVID conditions improve - the Piedmont Recreation Department Building and PRD Picnic Area.
