New pool schedules, effective August 24, expand lap swim hours at the Settlemier Competition Pool throughout the week.

The updated fall schedule increases both hours and available lanes, with at least 5 lanes available until 6pm on Wednesdays & Fridays and until 7pm on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays.

Altogether, the expansion increases lap swim hours at the Competition Pool more than 10%, bringing the total baseline availability to 80 hours per week.

Swimmers should confirm schedules online before visiting. Schedules may shift further as we seek to optimize the pool experience and manage availability across a diverse array of user groups. Additionally, special events, such as water polo competitions, occasionally impact competition pool availability for most of the day.

The first year of operations at the Community Pool is a period of learning and adjustment. Staff are continuously monitoring use patterns and visitor feedback, and making changes where possible to better serve the community.
