Temporary Parking Changes during Pool Construction

During construction of the Piedmont Community Pool Project, all parking on Bonita Avenue between Magnolia Avenue and Vista Avenue, Magnolia Avenue between PRD and Bonita Avenue and the Carriage House parking lot will be eliminated.

To offset the significant temporary parking loss, City staff have reviewed the civic center to identify opportunities to create additional parking. The City Council approved these modifications at their January 17, 2023 meeting.

The approved parking modifications include:

• the designation of additional parking spaces at the Magnolia/Hillside intersection
• re-designation of parking spaces in the Community Hall parking lot
• re-designation of parking spaces on Highland Avenue between Sierra Avenue and Sheridan Avenue
